Possibilities include:

1.  Your bank card number, expiration date or verification number are not entered correctly. The verification code (or CCV) is a physical signature of the actual bank card you are holding and it will change when you receive a new card with a new expiration date. Please make sure you enter the correct CCV or verification code for your new card
2.  Your address is not entered exactly as it appears in your billing statement.
3.  Your card does not support the Address Verification System (AVS). Wikiglobal requires all bank cards to support this.
If you are still unable to complete a card transaction, please try using a different bank card.
